These terms of use explain how you can use Single & Mingle’s websites: www.singleandmingle.uk and events.singleandmingle.uk (together referred to as “our sites”).

By using our sites, creating an online account, or buying a ticket to one of our events, you are agreeing to these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use our sites or services.

1. Who We Are

Single & Mingle is a provider of fun and relaxed, in-person singles events. Our sites let you find out about events, book tickets, connect with people you met at an event, and get in touch with us.

2. Who Can Use Our Services

You must be aged 18 or over to use our sites, create an online account, or attend our events. By using our services, you confirm you are legally old enough to take part in social events designed for adults.

3. How You Can Use Our Sites

You agree to use our sites in a fair and respectful way, and not to do anything that might harm our sites or stop others from enjoying them.

4. Attending Our Events

When you come to a Single & Mingle event:

Important: For all events taking place from August 2025 onwards, you must have an online account with us in order to attend. This allows us to manage bookings, verify attendance, and ensure event safety. No account means no attendance!

5. Tickets and Transfers

Tickets are sold subject to availability and must be bought through events.singleandmingle.uk or our official partners.

Tickets are non-refundable, you may transfer your booking to another event if you let us know in advance. Full details are in our cancellation and refund policy

If we need to cancel or move an event, or have any other important updates that affect you, we will contact you using the details you gave us when signing up for your account, either by email, SMS, or both.

6. Member Accounts

If you set up an account on events.singleandmingle.uk:

We may deactivate accounts that are misused.

Please note: From August 2025, having an online account is a condition of entry to any Single & Mingle event. This helps us improve the experience, manage safety, and provide better service. If you do not have an account, you will not be allowed to attend.

7. Email Marketing

If you’d like to hear about upcoming events, and be the first to access early bird tickets, please subscribe to our mailing list

If you are not subscribed, you will not receive marketing emails direct to your inbox.

If you are subscribed, we will send you information about events that are suitable for your age and sexual orientation.

We may also send articles and other dating related content that may be of interest to you.

You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.

8. Privacy

9. Intellectual Property and Use of Content

All content on our sites, including logos, text, graphics, images, audio, videos, and event formats, is owned by Single & Mingle Ltd or used with permission.

You may not copy, use, or share any of it without asking us first.

You are not permitted to use our sites in any way that causes damage to our sites, disrupts others, or breaks the law. That includes anything harmful, offensive, or illegal, and copying content you don’t have the rights to.

10. Our Responsibility

We do our best to keep our sites and events running smoothly and securely, but we can’t guarantee they will always be error-free or available. Use of our sites and events is at your own risk. Single & Mingle isn’t responsible for any loss, disruption or damage caused by technical issues. We may update, change or pause parts of our sites or events at any time.
